Mentors are needed to accompany our participants during 9-hole rounds following golf instruction. Mentors do not need to be proficient at playing golf, but should have a basic knowledge of safety, pace of play, and rules. Primarily, mentors provide a fun, safe, environment for our participants and encourage their development of the First Tee’s Nine Core Values and Nine Healthy Habits.
